Will a code survive being stuck to gym equipment?

Only if you laminate it or use a proper vinyl sticker. Sweat, cleaning spray and constant handling destroy paper quickly. Budget for replacing them once a year.

Can I change the timetable without new stickers?

Yes, with a dynamic code. It points at a link you control, so you update the timetable page and every printed code follows.

Where it helps

Class timetables

One code on the studio door pointing at this week's schedule. Classes move constantly, and a printed timetable is wrong within a fortnight.

Equipment demonstrations

A small code on each machine linking to a short video showing correct form. It answers the question people are too self-conscious to ask.

Membership sign-up

A code at reception and on the window, so someone who walks past at 9pm can still join.
